DESCRIPTION:Diving into this timely subject\, this event brings meaningful discussion surrounding social media and our mental health in the modern age.  Affecting people of all ages\, local experts will explore the issues surrounding social media’s impact\, while sharing their experiences\, viewpoints\, and mindfulness of this subject. We will also discuss how individuals\, families\, and communities can work together to promote greater awareness and understanding. Practical resources and materials will be on hand for viewing and distribution.
